Office Policies

Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, however I do check email and will take care of any urgent matters on an as needed basis.

We are closed on the following holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

You will be notified via email of any vacations that are planned at least three weeks prior to those dates.

Payment is due at time of closing for TC work. Generally these fees are paid through escrow, however occasionally escrow misses the demand. In that instance you will be billed directly for the fee.

Payment for listings that will not be handled by me for TC work will be billed as soon as the listing package has been completed and the DropBox file link emailed to client.

$200 per listing, unless it converts to an escrow where I manage the transaction, then $150.
